No WoW Anniversary Buff or token in bag

I’m not sure if I forgot to click the item in my bags before I logged, or if I used it before I logged (I have a LOT of alts), but went back to this toon, and she has no mail (because she looted the item), no buff, and no celebration firework. I have no idea if she also lost the timewalking badges she would have been given.

On another toon, she has the buff, but the unused celebration firework is gone from her bags, leading me to believe I’d forgotten to click the item before logging, and anything from the bags was deleted by the system on logout (obviously as a bug).

Please fix this problem asap, as there are only so many days for this event!

Yea, it has to be a bug. I jumped on all of my toons to get the gifts. When I logged back onto my main, all the fireworks and token was gone from my bag. I logged into all my alts and noticed everything was gone from their bags too… lol

oh well :disappointed:

As “welcome” packages go, not the best experience! /smh

i put in a ticket and blizzard told me to just go purchase the items from chromie in cot… so they mess up and it costs me? right…
