So I just completed the storyline in suramar and unlocked the achievement, “a good sumaratian” yet there are no world quests. I try to look online, but all I get is comprenivse guides that don’t explain how to unlock wqs, can anyone help?
World Quests in Legion were unlocked by getting Friendly with every Legion rep and talking to Khadgar(?) in the big tower in Dalaran.

Good suramar achievement you only need for nightborne or balance of power.
You must also hit Friendly with the 5 major Legion factions to unlock World Quests, in the quest
Uniting the Isles. This will also award the handy teleport item
Flight Master’s Whistle.
You should have been able to unlock most world quests in suramar after completing “Nightfallen but not Forgotten”.
Check to make sure you are friendly with other zones as well.
I had this issue, Khadgar should have a Uniting the Isles quest which will allow you to do the world quests in Suramar
