Same as title. No weekly quests accessible on my main available, regardless of login and logout and addons off or on.
Other characters on account still have access.

same here, no reset. for two weeks now. WTF
I have not seen a single blacksmithing weekly since expanse launched. I know from chatting with others in-game, those of us having this issue, well the majority at least, are the ones that bought the heroic edition and got in for the early launch.
