Boosted a premade character on TBC classic and it has no weapons and not enough gold to buy one.

if you’ve got TBC issues, you’ll need to post them in the classic bug report forum.
When you log in after boosting, you should automatically get a quest to speak with your trainer. It didn’t load for me, but you can still talk with your trainer, get the quest, and turn it in for an Azerothian survival kit, which will have your weapons, mount, and some food/water.
