I can’t find any new weapons in the raid tab?
Right now we have 1 model in blue and not 1 weapon from castle nathria?
Shouldnt’ there be like a few staves, swords, 2h sword, maces, axes and a bunch of other models?

The weapons are “token” drops, you exchange them at covenant base for weapon of choice.

Do you know how many models are there for all of the weapons? is it a nice variety 
Check your covenant weapons vendor, there’s 1 vendor per difficulty for a total of 4.

I wonder what would happen if you cash in your weapon as Venthir and covenant swap to Necrolord.
Does the weapon stay Venthir or will the appearance automatically change?
If it doesn’t automatically swap appearances, I can see a compelling reason to run the raid on multiple alts (with different covenants).

I think weapon and Mount are unlocked for the whole account while Armor are for the specific character/Faction. Cause when u open the Transmog tool bar u can see all covenant weapon look unlike for armor

No it doesn’t change, you change in the token once and thats it. I don’t think the weapons are covenant locked, its simply whatever covenant your locked to upon the time of trading is the weapon you get of their vendors.

There are weapons.
We just can’t pick many cause the devs are lazy.

I really thought the raid token would be something generic, “(2h Sword).”
Then when you turn it in, it would gain the covenants’ signature look.

Venthir Blood Slicer.” - “
Night Fae Limb Remover.” - “
Bastion's Mighty Gladius.”
As a bonus, each weapon could have an effect that mirrors the covenants’ overarching theme.
- Poison & Disease effect applied from Necrolords.
- A massive leeching effect applied for the Venthir.
- A nature based spell from the Night Fae (a swarm of stinging insects)
- Light-based blast from the Kyrian.
My imagination outpaces the game.

lol there’s 1 staff per convenant are you serious? so there’s 1 STAFF mog in the ENTIRE raid?

even the pvp is a copy paste of the raid one.

Well the bright side is u might be able to transmog any look on it. Cause Shadowland seem more about transmog than any other expact. If u look the vendor sell u Cosmetic weapon/Armor
