I checked multiple places, answers from all various eras. The latest dated ones for BFA were, go to undercity, reverse time for your howling fjord portal(no more zeppelin) only to get there and find JUST a portal back to orgrimmar and STV, same as orgrimmar was.
I have seen older posts is wait on zepp, wait on boat for alliance. But everywhere i have searched online, and in person there is no way to get there but to portal to dalaran northrend and fly there. Am i missing something? and yes i did check in the updated burned down version, no tower or anything what so ever exists.

Isn’t there a portal to wyrmrest in Dalaran?
I brought it up because I am finally getting back to argent tournament, and one of the quests requires you to go to there, and it would literally be faster (if working) to portal to org(im a mage im bound at the tourny) click/zeppelin to fjord, do turn in, gate back. and now im just wondering entirely, why is it gone
There’s two zep towers, the howling fjord one is the leftmost tower, no?

The southernmost tower. The Northrend zep has the shark face balloon.
Or, the Dalaran basement portal to Wyrmrest, which puts you closer to HF.

So, this was a bit confusing for me as well; the quest says take portal to Undercity then portal from Trisfal Glades. Then I remembered those towers just outside of Brill, and when I went there now one has portal to Org and the other Howling Fjord. Hope this helps!

there is one there, you went to the wrong tower. one goes to the 2 locations you said the other goes to howling fjord
