I’m not sure if this is an intended mechanic or not but I have not gotten a voldunai emissary quest in over 2 weeks.
I play Horde, mostly. I’m just happy that I got the two (Legion) Alliance allied races already last expansion. I still have to get the Voldunai (awhile), the Zandalari trolls (soon), the Mechagnomes (working on it with my Horde character), the Dark Iron dwarves (I’m betting they’re the Alliance version of the Honorbound, an EASY rep grind), and the Kul-Tiran humans (a slog-fest).
