No vanilla weather = Not playing.

How hard is this to understand?

Grinding in Arathi Highlands during torrential downpour is one of the most enjoyable, relaxing moments I've had in WoW.

Weather is no small thing. Messing with it will affect the entire feel of the game.
The weather was awesome yeah.

It wasnt a dealbreaker for me if the rain were lighter, but theres no reason at all for it to be different.
As much as I'd love for Blizzard to re-implement the old weather system... is this REALLY what you're choosing to boycott the game over? It seems pretty minor to me.
they Won’t have weather that made wow immersive?

Or running through Alterac during a blizzard, or Tanaris in a sandstorm.

The Vanilla weather is incredible in its intensity, and (for me at least) an essential part of its atmosphere.

Because the weather difference could be the tip of the iceberg. If weather is different then probably the skybox and lighting could be as well.

If they, Blizzard of all people, can't produce something more authentic than what Nost or Kronos has, then it undercuts confidence in the project.

If they've rushed the release of bad expansions like WoD and BfA, then same could happen with Classic.

Here we go with the slippery slope post number 147...
Did they confirm no weather will be in classic?

You do realize this is only a demo, right? The game isn't even close to finished yet, according to the blog post. The weather systems you seek may well be implemented later; it's too early to declare it a failure.

Weren't all the people raising the alarm during BfA beta told to calm down because everything will be fixed later, and it's only beta?
If that's ALL it takes to make you not play then it sounds like you are extremely uninvested and uninterested in classic release. So much so that it is surprising that you took your time to post this thread in the classic forum. Weather is cool and all but it's hardly a consideration on whether I will play classic.

These no changes fanatic really like to toot thier own horns for all to hear. I'm sure they will all follow through with thier claims to not play classic when there is inevitably some minor changes made (not even counting graphics and Bnet).

The people who are enthusiastic about preserving an authentic classic are probably also the ones who have been playing on good classic private servers like Nost/Kronos/Elys for years, and are thus why we're getting classic at all from Blizzard.

Everyone has their personal preference about what makes or breaks authentic classic. E.g. some want original talents and class design, while others wouldn't care for light redesigns of some talent trees.

And Legion beta, and WoD beta, and MoP beta, and Cata beta, and Wrath beta and dozens of patch PTRs... I didn't have access to BC beta forums so I can't guarantee that the issues were raised and ignored there but since it happened before and after it seems likely that it happened there as well...

Completely different team, dude.

Same company though and it's not like it hasn't happened through a succession of game directors/lead devs over WoW's history...
Great, I wouldn't like to have a complainer like you infecting the community in game. Good bye.
hahaha. what an entitled child. CYA!!

If my memory serves me, this only started happening when Ghostcrawler left.
