Shift + J (unless rebound) for journal, Suggested Content tab, cycle through available options and one will be the weekly quest.

LOL - And what about that guy constantly yawning on top of building where the Dracthyr are located for gear upgrades via crests. Kept thinking it was someone yawning trying to get on people’s nerves only to find this guy yawning away. The troll was with whoever decided to do that.
