Both of those are myths.
But yeah, OP’s got some bad luck lol.

It really isn’t while luck still plays a factor.
thunderfury is a catch up mechanic. your guild is probably god-level.
RNG is a fickle mistress my dude.
Sucks if your guild has some real good dps who are probably riding the tanks behind with no TFury.
I would imagine you’re not sacrificing enough gnomes to be worthy of the bindings to drop. If you’re alliance you need to have a gnome jump into the lava next to Barron geddon before you pull, and you need to have a gnome die to a core hound just before Garr.
If you’re horde you need to have a full raid of gnomes standing at the MC entrance waiting, and you bathe them in the fire of your dapper charges. Only after the proper sacrifices have been made will the bindings drop for your raid.
I have only missed one MC lockout and still no eye of sulf RIP
Sacrificing gnomes is like duct tape, fire, or WD-40. If it isn’t working, you’re just not using enough of it.
I hear ya, man. I’m still tanking with my t1 helm, despite having been doing Ony regularly since p2. She’s dropped the Pally helm TWICE. Both times I rolled <35…
RNGesus can suck a fat one.
There is no such thing.
I concur good sir.
The key is the position of Mars in regards to Jupiter. The periodontal myocardiac alignment of the retrograde affects the host server cores in a way to encourage the prebiotic gut flora to affect the biome in a way to facilitate proper seatment. This will stimulate the cilia of Geddon and Garr in such a way to cause them violent digestion issues. Generally, this is not an issue, but the retrogade gravitic effects of the Mars/Jupiter alignment is what really does it. At this point, you have to make sure that you have a Shadow Priest in raid and know exactly how much damage the up-front application damage of Shadow Word: Pain is for that priest. When Geddon and Garr’s respective health pools get to that exact level stop all DPS. Your Shadow Priest must get the killing blow with SW:P’s up front damage.
This process guarantees a 4% individual chance of a binding dropping. Which is 4% higher than when you aren’t fighting Geddon or Garr.
