All the NPCs are in Orgrimmar just around but, no quest to open SL and get rid of them.
If you ever took that quest, even to run Shadowlands dungeons, those NPC’s will remain until you go to the maw (or use the skip if you have it).
I never took the quest as far as I can remember on the char, and I can’t even take the portal to the city. No quest in the city from any of the NPCs
character name/realm would help.
This is the one, I was able to find Mograine on another character which seems to be the main difference. Mograine just isn’t there on my monk. Couldn’t find any related quests in my quest log.
i guess you’ve got crazy strong privacy settings.

If there’s no one in Orgrimmar, how do I figure out where in a quest chain I’m at? I can’t take the portal to Oribos, if no Darion Mograine how am I supposed to get anywhere? All the rest says it’s in the maw.
I ran the command text at the bottom for 1. Shadowlands: A Chilling Summon and it said “false” so not even the 1st quest is completed
