No riding skills on boosted monk

I boosted a human monk and it says I don’t have riding skills.

Same for me. I don’t know if this is common or not, but others who have boosted other classes did have riding skills.

Bump - no flying skill on my boosted monk, but a new character I boosted yesterday (paladin) does have it.
