After completing The Jade Forest achievement in panda remix I did not receive the toy reward. I did have full bags at the time of completion, it did not end up in my mailbox, nor was I able to restore it via item restoration.
Unfortunately there is no way to claim the reward.
I created a ticket, and they said this was a common issue and to create a forum post.
This happened to me as well… I have the achievement but no toy.
According to what is needed for this achievement, I’ve completed this achievement but haven’t received the toy.
Also experiencing the same problem hope they fix this bug

Same achievement but no toy in toy box. Rather sure i saw it in the toybox on my remix toon during remix.
