I turned the quest in and I didn’t get anything. If I click the collector’s cache, the chest opens, and then nothing happens, then it closes. I get no errors or warnings or anything else and the amount of currency I have doesn’t change. Disabled my addons and tried and nothing.
The annoying part is if I click to see the trading post goods and hover over my currency amount it says I have unclaimed tender in the collector’s chest.
Please send my account the reward it should have gotten.
Same here. Maybe it’s lag because EVERYONE is using the post but I’m not getting the quest reward either.
My problem is that the chest doesnt work at all. I completed every other part of the quest, the chest sparkles but its unclickable.
Cant understand how something as simple as setting up a starting quest can be so badly managed.

I saw that bnet downloaded a small amount of wow files about an hour or so ago. Interacting with the chest gave me my missing tender. It seems to be fixed for me.
Click chest. Opens. No rewards. Still bugged. Multi-dollar company.
Same issue here. I also completed the bar for the month and opening the chests results in nothing.
No currency, no mount.
same here i completed quest and the other thing for yellow tiger mount and nothing, cache chest open nothing happens… incredible system… 3 maintenance already for this
I received 300 of the currency, but no mount ;/
Update: Logging out of the game completely for 30 mins or so allowed me to again click the chest and received the mount and more currency.
Same issue here got the 1000 points between all my characters nothing happens your points zero out and you get message you have completed this month’s quest. Still no mount. Issue is many people have more than 1 character completing these monthly tasks. I have relogged didn’t do anything looked at character I started trading post with and nothing. Some sort of account wide issue here and cross server issue. I have both Horde and Alliance characters on 2 different servers and the points seemed to accumulate account wide while the trading post may be flagged per character only? When I checked the chest I got 400 coins no mount.

There is sometimes a significant delay to finding currency in the chest. I’ve also seen it so a different character of mine was able to click the chest and get the currency. (Both online at the same time because multiple accounts.)
