I haven’t received any of my 4 weekly restored coffer keys after completing weekly quests/cache reward events in TWW. This is happening only on one character, while another is receiving the keys appropriately.

Bump. Same thing happened to me recently, GMs sent me here to report. all my other characters get them just fine, but my rogue does not.

My dk has the same issue . I used chore tracker to find out he was at 4/4 for keys without even getting one. So my dk’s keys didn’t reset

Same, submited a ticket and got a GM response saying there weren’t any other reports and to post here, although I’m pretty sure this isn’t the only thread. None of the activities that should have given a coffer key gave one this week.

This is a lie. There have been several posts on both these forums and GM tickets reporting this issue. Weekly quests not resetting has been an issue for some people going back several weeks.

i had 8 coffer keys last night and added another this morning but now i only have 3

This happened to me on 1 of my characters. I’ve been doing weeklies on 8. My main did not get a single Restored COffere key from the regular sources

Really annoying doing the weekly quests and not getting rewards for them. no support in game no response from Blizzard. i came back to wow for this???

This happened to me on my Hunter this week after the reset. All events completed, no coffer keys

What I am seeing is that none of the quests can actually be completed across multiple zone. Pickup quests you cannot pick up and of the items, kill quests do not register kills, for the weekly Lesser Keyflame quest you cannot deposit Radiant crystals, you can but they do not give credit.
Is this fixed? I’m scared to complete weeklies so I’ve been avoiding them.
This happened to me for this first time this week as well, on this character - my main.
What I noticed - I did 3 of the weeklies before realizing they weren’t dropping. I then head to the forums where I notice a post, with someone who has the same problem:
I noticed after a certain point in time people started to say they had no issue - it seemed like about 3-6 hours after RESET! The main takeaway was that it seemed time dependent, with most of the issues coming from closer to the reset time.
A few hours after first noticing the issue, I decided to test it and see if the comments were right, since I hadn’t actually logged out yet since coming on from the reset. I logged out, logged back in, finished my last weekly quest and got my one remaining key…
So what I would wager my guess on what is happening is one of two things, or some sort of combination - the reset is:
A) Not happening at the right time, its actually anywhere from an hour to a few hours after it is suppose to be (if you do them too quickly you are still on your lockout from previous week). Seems unlikely based on my experience
B) Not applying to players logged in too close to the reset time or were online during the reset application. I was able to get online 20 mins before the actual daily quest reset this week. Weekly reset (in EST) 10am, daily reset 11. I got on around 10:40-10:45am so the actual quests hadn’t reset yet, but I could go retrieve my GV.

Exactly the same problem - Got told by a GM that “there is nothing on your character that would indicate encountering this challenge” and to come and post about it here. I missed 2 keys and some rep due to this issue, so that’s pretty lame since I can’t do 4 bountiful delves for the week as intended. So much for “no reports about this challenge” XD
