Getting a no realms are currently available when trying to log in to PTR. For reference. I have an active subscription, tried clearing my cache, closing & opening Battle net as well as repairing. I am seeing quite a few people with no issue.
PTR maintenance times are different than Live Servers. If they’re down, they’re down for maintenance / updates.
Patience is a virtue, my friend, and PTR can go down for any amount of time, even a couple days if they so choose.

I have been trying to get into a PTR since 11.1 and have never gotten anything other than the no servers available message. I have an active account (paid for the year…)

This is a good thing, it normally means a new build is going up and we get to see what they are working on. Just wait it out.

Just did the update, still getting “no realms available”.

i am getting the same error
my guildie had the same issue and was told to go here and create a ptr account. She then had servers show up just fine.

I tried this (already had one but went through the process anyway to make a second), still nada.
This might have something to do with it, from the sound of things a LOT more people than normal tried out the PTRs and it broke the servers
