I know it’s too late to help you get them done, but for the future, they were both in Azj-Kahet yesterday. You need to go to the zone for them to appear. One of them also requires you to click into the City of Threads on the map to see it.
I also use the World Quest List addon to show which quests are up. As long as I have war mode on and am viewing all the Khaz Algar zones on the map, it will show what is available to complete (although it unfortunately breaks quest items you click from the quest tracker)
