I have been running timewalking dungeons and obtaining the buff “Master of Timeways” every week. I perform this on 4 toons each week, totaling at least 20 tw dungeons completed. However, I still show no progress for the achievement.
Are you looking at Master of the Turbulent Timeways II in world events (in the timewalking sub-category) instead of the original achievement in feats of strength? I did the same thing - hope this helps!

No, I am looking at the "Master of the Turbulent Timeways under the Feats of Strength>Mounts. I have run 8 or more TW dungeons every week since this event drop, and the achievement still shows 0 progress.

That’s the old achievement from the first Turbulent Timeways. No longer obtainable. Like Professer said the new one is under TImewalking under World Events.
