No primal focus for me from 11+ since tech has penthouse in the basement!

I am not sure who to contact as nobody from blizzard responds or does anything:

Since the start of the season, my monk has not been receiving primal focus upon completing 11+ mythics. I see the item “looted” by me, however the 2 that ive had from weeks ago are the only ones that remain in my inventory. do i need to destroy them or some sh1t?

It is absolutely bonkers, i write tech again and again… nothing.

On this character here, i was unable to change talents for the first few weeks of the season, that was interesting too, but this is getting very frustrating, seriously, who the hell do i turn to or contact to get this sorted out?

Anybody home blizz? this is ridiculous, so many idiotic bugs and yeah this sort of thing undermines the whole system, its like not getting the spark… what’s the point? how about fixing these sorts of things before going nuts with the endless tunings?

Are you sure they’re not just lost in your bags? I use AdiBags and I still have trouble finding things without using the search box.

This may be obvious but did you check your Reagent Bag? That’s where they go when they drop from the end of a run.

BUMP, Having the same issue. Checked reagent bags, with and with addons disabled. Looted 2 had 4 still have 4. Been like this for a week. Looted concentrated fine.

100% user error. Download the Altoholics addon and highlight the item on another toon. It will tell you how many you have on each character and where they are.

The idea that you looted it and it disappeared is nonsense.
