I am pretty sure that prior to 9.0 update one of the named NPCs in SW Mage Tower used to offer portal training for mages who wish to learn portal & teleport spells, but with the update no such NPC exists. Can you rectify this? There are still portal trainers elsewhere in the world (Dalaran / Shattrath etc.) but it makes no sense that a PORTAL HUB would not have one.
