My gear is dead and there is no place to repair. Glad I didn’t pay for the new expansion. About to quit this game.

Do you mean in the starting zone phase of Gilneas or in the regular Gilneas? There’s multiple in the starting zone phase, and in the regular one there’s the NPC that ihatetrance linked. You can go under the minimap options to track repair vendors. it looks like a little magnifying glass.

As far as I can tell its impossible to get there after you travel to Stormglen village, might be able to swim across the ocean to the previous beach to get there again, but I am also unable to move on after my weapon broke. If you die and are resurrected without going back to your body, you’re armor is stuck broken. They say “you may be doing something wrong” but i’m not impressed with the inability to find anyone to repair armor, especially for a new player. In my opinion this is just another example of shoving unfinished products out the door without looking at QOL.
