Level 10, just got to the “Dungeon: Darkmaul Citadel” mission, and when I go into the group finder, there is no “Darkmaul Citadel” option to click on.
I’ve tried abandoning and retaking the mission, logging in/out, reinstalled the game and client, adding players to a group myself.
Nothing works.
I’m a new player and was really enjoying the game so far, but this is literally stopping me from continuing the game.
Please help!
Looks like retail? So to ask the question is Chromie time set to (Edit)Shadownlands? Wowhead sets this as a level 15 dungeon though, so interesting.

For anyone who opens the dungeon finder and has no available dungeons, join a group with someone also waiting for the Quest.
This will for some reason show the “Darkmaul citadel” option under “specific”.Hope this gets fixed soon.
Some quests you will find are for later in the leveling of the game.
Last I checked the custom tab was set for 50 plus. Not sure what the level is required now.

I don’t know what Chromie time is - but to answer the copied post: I’ve tried joining someone else’s group, and then THEY no longer see the Dungeon on the group finder. Once I leave their group, it pops back up for them and they can continue the quest.
Do you know how to get to the Dungeon in game? By going into the portal the system sometimes displays the reason you can not enter, or will let you into the DG.
If you can go into, but can not solo… Ask friend again to group, but this time ask for the Lead of the group. They should now be able to join you.
I am guessing you need higher gear score or a higher level to run the DG.
Darkmaul Citadel is the “dungeon” that you do as part of the Exile’s Reach starting zone quests.
You cannot enter it by walking into it. The quest guides you to how to find it in the dungeon list and how to queue up for it.
You queue up with two NPCs to help you run it.

Yup exactly - @ 30s in the video, all I see are the top “Battle for Azeroth Normal” ones and that’s it. I don’t see the “New Player Experience” with the Dakrmaul Dungeon as an option.
I’m on the free trial, so maybe that’s it…?
The DG is not a normal Dungeon for more than once per toon.
At the end of the … E.R. starting area is the next to the last Quest.
before the … Exit Quest.
Interact with the Sparkle NPC.
When you have completed the rest of the quests.
The quest is a two stage quest.
Like many quests you see in game.
Some call them … Escort quests.
The NPC … You take the quest…click on them and… Click on the quest page… ( something like; im ready to do this…
Click on the screen box and…sound of DG finder…goes off…banner at top: states…if you want to enter…click on banner…enter the instance.
Screen goes dark and you and two NPC’s fight…as a group.

The point is that this is a Quest… Given by a NPC.
Not normally shown in the RDF.
Note: if you have a Addon that skips stuff.
You might need to also press a key to prevent skipping content.
