Anyone know, are people doing groups for this?

Edit: Nevermind the normal rares drop the upgrade, just getting really unlucky with drops.

And the actual quests to earn the upgrades aren’t group content, either.

And your main can buy any citrines you need for an alt and mail it to 'em.

Just do the questline and you will be able to fully upgrade the ring.
