No Objectives Credit in WQ: Who Devours the Devourers?

In the World Quest Who Devours the Devourers? I threw 6 Resonating Anima Cores at Rifts and didn’t get quest credit. Made 2 Resonating Anima Cores from motes and got no credit. Re-logged, same behavior. Shut down the game and restarted it, same behavior. Shut down the machine and restarted it and the game, same behavior.
