They alternate between 1 and 2 new WQs every day.
2x Race WQs + 1x Pet Battle WQ every 3,5 days
1x Special Assignment + 1x World Boss every 7 days
Maybe it’s a day with only one and you just missed it on the map?
Nope, I cleared everything yesterday and I still do not have anything new in Undermine.
Today (EU) I see what you mean, we also didn’t get an new WQ, but looking on another character, the remaining time of standard WQs look wrong, as if they put them on the semi-weekly reset now.
You won’t see most of the WQs until you choose a cartel to join for the week.
At least, that’s what happened to me. After selecting a cartel, I saw a whole bunch of them appear on the map.
