I skipped the Necrolord intro on this monk, and now I have no mission table available on this character. The only quests available to me in the Seat of the Primus are daily and weekly things that everyone gets, such as Return Lost Souls and the callings. Maybe I’m dumb and there’s another area in the covenant hall that I haven’t explored. But I think my character is bugged.
I had a mission table on my Kyrian druid before even unlocking the Runecarver, and I also did the skip on that one.
Edit: I also did the skip on a Venthyr priest and have no mission table on that character and no quests to get one.
You need to build it (500 Anima and 1 Soul) before it becomes available. Skipping the introduction shouldn’t have any impact on that.

Collect 500 anima and 1 soul.
Talk to the anima keeper NPC in The Seat of the Primus, Arkadia Moa. The same NPC you turn anima in to.
The UI has the sanctum features you can build; any sanctum feature you can afford to build or upgrade will have a glowing green upward pointing arrow attached. If you have the materials, the command table icon will be like that. Click it to start the building process.
Wait for the build time to pass. (It’s not instantaneous.) You’ll see a quest to conclude the building of the table. Finish it and the table will be open.
