Yes, scrolls and engi battle rez are going away in shadowlands.
With the removal of the Fort Scroll and the change to Bursting, Blizzard are REALLY determined for Priests to be good in M+ this expansion.
I feel very stuck now: to tank I will need to do druid or dk; to heal, I will need to do druid
These are the only viable ones if I want to provide the most utility in M+. AND I will ask my guildies to do the same for tanks and heals.
I wanted to do prot pal and rsham - both are going to be left to rot by the playerbase. And we have a LOT of priest heals in guild that are going to have to switch or be left behind.
Very salty about this particular nerf, I used eng rez in 3 M15 keys last week, timed them, otherwise they were fail.
Except now, you can’t make up for Priests lack of battle rez with an engi rez. Meaning all the more reason to bring a treeboi
Yeah, but they’re making Warlocks a lot better as well, so that covers your battle res. Or you could just take a Shadow Priest I guess, they still got Mass Dispel right?

Idk, to me it seems like this goes against their whole philosophy. Now it’s “Bring the class with the covenant and the utility/buff, not the player”
I’m hopeful that they put a new recipe in for a level 60 eng rez. This is pretty lame even if it doesn’t change may group composition much. I usually wait for some kind of b rez class because it’s so incredibly valuable for pugs. That being said, it’s an amazing feeling when I couldn’t find a b rez class, There’s 2 ppl down, all seems lost and someone whips out their eng rez and saves the day. Shame
Looks like they are doubling down on bring the class that was pretty much understood in BFA. Bring the player just means homogenization so …pass!
That said, I am not certain I like removal of battle rez from engineering. Scrolls? OK fine. But go-find-the-body-stand-near-it-cast-don’t-get-interrupted-or-die-yourself battle rez?
