First Aid was a secondary proff and didn’t hurt anything. If you had the spare cloth, you made bandages and could sell them for a small profit if you didn’t need them.

Just think, they paid someone to gut this system and add it to tailoring.
One day they will come for fishing, and add it to cooking.

First Aid was mostly a bar you filled up with your first 500 cloth drops and then forgotten.

They gave everyone self heals so it was useless.

Healing potions always healed for more than bandages and they did it instantly so quite frankly bandages were pretty much worthless. Maybe in vanilla first aid was actually useful but not anymore.

Bandages are useful when leveling in BfA if you don’t have a lot of self-heals. Nice reduction in downtime between combat.

Yeah, I don’t know why they did that. I used it on my classes that didn’t have heals, which now that I think about it is about 2/3s of them.

deep sea satin heals a huge amount of health and noone should get the bonus except for tailors.
Yeah, can’t have a rogue running off and stacking bandages with my self heal. Too OP.
Just more “fixing” proffessions. I’ve given up hoping someday they will do them right. Not like there aren’t a lot of examples for the to go by out there.
Biggest thing the made me mad was that they took away the achie points like first aid never existed and you never did the work to get the achies.

It was not dumb, I had fishing, first aid and cooking on every toon. I am just coming back. You cannot eat food in combat, but you could get agro off you and us FA to heal before you got whacked again. Might as well remove all the cloth that drops cause there is 0 use for linen or silk. It was a freebie, now, you have to use one of your main professions to get it.
