Thats the first positive news about WoW I have heard since MoP ended. Seriously.
They only need to screw up PvP balance then. So they make Convokes and such crap dormant again, probably.
And Warmode is dead on arrival, because nobody got it on and phasing and sharding tech is not evolving.
Do I sound negative still? Hell yes. They have ruined the game so many times before.
But thats first positive after 5.4.
Like if I put WM on at level 20 Durotar and Elwynn is empty.

#2 Rating will increase PVE ilvl
#3 Will be changed in 10.0 (not season 4)
#4 PVP gear will be BIS for PVP

Can they screw this up? Yes, but hopefully they will not find a way to tie PvP to mandatory raiding for legendaries, for instance.
Ion said in Hazel’s interview that they were not going to do legendaries like they did in Legion and Shadowlands. If there was to be any legendaries going forward, it would be like Sylvanas bow etc… Our powers will mostly come from our talent tree

If they’re doing legendaries it will be like the Sylvanas bow, which players endlessly farmed all difficulties of raids to get.
There is no perfect way of getting legendaries. They all have drawbacks.
There isn’t any legendaries in Dragonflight tho. They are focusing on talent trees.
