I recently won a loot roll in Abberus (Fury of Giants) LFR. Specifically I won the Dragonfire Bomb Dispenser (486 ilvl). I waited for all rolls to complete but was unable to loot. I accepted a new invite from the next part of the raid I had queued for, expecting the item to appear in my mail, but it never showed up. Tried relogging and checking the mail, but still no item.
I also lost a leatherworking pattern that dropped off Assault of the Zaqali from the same group. Please help restore these items. Thanks.

I had that issue happen to me, it solved itself.
I closed the game, waited a few minutes and logged back in and my loot was delivered to my mail.
I guess it just take a little while to arrive.

Have the same issue on 3 toons. Roll on gear at the end of a wing. I’m winning the rolls when I go to the next wing. All 3 times the only people left to roll can’t use the item. Like mail legs off sark with only a warlock left or an 1h axe with only druids left. Been a couple days with no mail.
Had the same issue as well - won the loot roll in LFR and it’s been a few days with no loot. Opened up a support ticket and they keep redirecting to me to submitting a bug but they don’t respond to those? Wondering how you’re supposed to get your item if they don’t respond to you? Seems contradictory.
I just at the same thing happen to me 2 days ago (this is the third time now this has happened). Won the loot, timer ran down and never received the loot. I have submitted tickets but have been by a person or automation the rules of the lost loot. I have logged out and back in after a few moments but nothing ever shows up. I had to give up the first 2 times but not now, this is clearly a bug that Blizzard MUST FIX. It’s bad enough that it takes forever to get into raids, more frustrating when we lose loot that we really need to others that are already have better gear then the won item but now we are winning gear and it is not given to us.

I got a 100 need roll win on a item in undermine LFR and my next lfr wing group was ready so i switched to the new raid group and figured my 100 need roll win item would be deposited to my inventory (or mailed) when that loot roll ended.
Have recieved nothing. Are you actually supposed to wait and do nothing for however many minutes that the loot rolls allow afk people to be afk? You automatically lose any 100 roll win loot if you swap groups before a roll is over? Yikes.

April 26th, still an issue. LFR Undermine, was the only hunter in group and a “Tiny Pal” with extra speed stat dropped. Obviously rolled need as no one else could use it, looted the boss for stones/crests/gold and waited for the timer to end- there was still one druid who had yet to roll on any loot… it has now been almost 24 hours and no mail. RIP

I have screen shots of me winning and blizzard have the hide to say that the item didn’t even drop. When Gallywix has 100% chance to drop 3 Curios every time on LFR.

Yeah same thing happened to me. Said no loot associated but I was in the lead and was like the 3rd to last to leave and all the people that hadn’t rolled had already left the raid.
