This has happened to us last night as well. We received AOTC Achievement, watched cutscene, came back into the area where Mag and mother was (looks like the chamber that you collect the chests after finishing a Vision, and no option to loot. Hopefully, this will be resolved and some sort of compensation is given other than, “Sorry, we fixed the bug, but we won’t compensate you.”
