Had a couple issues after beating Nexus Princess Ky’Veza on Normal difficulty (Sept. 10th around 10pm CDT). Once we defeated the boss, we had about 8 people still alive and could see the chest that would contain loot but we were stuck in combat and could not open it. We tried multiple different things to try to get out of combat:

Hunter Disengage
everyone jumping off the edge to their deaths
Even after jumping off the edge we were all stuck in combat with the message saying “A member of your group is still in combat” so we could not release. We then left the raid group so that we’d be forced to the graveyard, which DID happen, and proceeded to re-form the raid group. When we re-entered the raid the loot chest was gone so we never got to see what was in it nor roll for the contents.
I submitted an in-game customer support ticket where they indicated they no longer help with “loot that was left behind” and said we needed to file a bug ticket. Last night I had already submitted a similar bug report but am doing it here in forums so that we can have more priority on it and better visibility into resolution since I can’t see what was submitted in game as a bug.
As a member of this raid that did not get the loot we earned from a boss we downed, I hope blizzard can actually do right by their customers for once and fix this AND restore the lost loot.

Killed The Silken Court on Normal and there was no loot on the corpse, no gold, no crest, not even the quest items for the skip quest that drop from the Court.
Already filled a ticket and a bug report with all the evidence proving it wasn’t a human error on my side now i’m waiting for a response, i don’t wanna lose a whole week of potential progress (could’ve won a tier piece) but also a guaranteed weekly progress on the skip quest on Normal.
Unfortunately that’s not something that can be proved, the chest was not present when the raid group went back into the instance after being reformed to allow us to release our corpses. The bug exists the way it was reported.
We still haven’t gotten any loot out of it and at this point I doubt any recompense will occur, we’re all just simply out 1 boss kill despite it showing on the raid lockout.
That they can’t currently act on loot matters at this time, so they pointed me here although I’ve never heard of bug reports resulting in resolution actions being taken.

This happened to my raid group in heroic tonight, we did the same things to finally get out of combat and continue the raid, and lost our loot forever I guess? Awesome.
