Running an entire mythic dungeon and not getting a single loot drop is very unmotivating - why would anyone want to play this game?
I watch members of my group all receive at least one drop (2 players received 2 pieces of gear in this particular dungeon) and I received nothing, except a “tail feather” customization from the last boss - is this a joke?
I feel like Blizzard is toying with me. What kind of reward system is this?
It’s simple RNG structure. The same as many other MMORPGs. You were unlucky this run, so what. Run more.

yup its SL all over again, dungeon and raid loot is still RNG garbage… tons of time spent 0 reward…

Blizz stifles the amount of loot you get at the early throes of an expansion.

compare how the start of expacs almost 0 loot drops for you but at the tail end of expacs u run one dungeon and get like 3 pieces of gear per run
its clearly tuned to not let people get gear early
More you do the more you get! 
I start off with PvP gear then move onto 0s and work up.
I’m still low though, gotta work on some keys after this work week.
I’ve run tons of normals and gotten zero gear. Geared up for Heriocs solely on World Quests. 
You have it backwards. You don’t do content to get loot. You get loot to do content. If your end goal is loot, may I suggest Cookie Clicker? Great game about making numbers go up.
You cant do more than one of the same dungeon per week on M0.

I’ve ran all the dungeons at least once so I did about 10 runs so far. I got 2 gear. That’s it.
Good thing I shifted open world because that’s how I’ve been gearing.
