I defeated Illidan with my caster character named Korasz, but I received no loot at all — there was nothing on the boss, and nothing arrived in the mail afterward.
This happened during the bonus drop rate event, which just ended today. Not getting any loot during the event really hurt my chances, since now the drop rate has gone back to normal and it will be much harder to get the item I was farming.
I double-checked everything after the kill, and I’m sure no loot window popped up and nothing was added to my bags or sent to the mailbox.
