Someone DC’d after we killed the first boss so we had to 4 man the rest, we kicked him out before the final boss and we did it within the time limit but none of the 4 of us got any loot at all. Did 2 pieces go to the guy that DC’d near the start? If it does then Blizzard better patch it, that’s annoying to do all the work and nobody got anything or if they did it was to the DC’d guy. Either way 2 of the 4 of us should of gotten something.
Probably more related to the bug that’s been kicking people out and bugging instances.
Highly doubtful devs will reimburse you, but good luck with the ticket.

Only 1 would have been guaranteed - disconnected people still are on the loot table even if they aren’t with you when you complete it.
It’s only Halls of Infusion that’s causing issues from what I’ve seen.

One or more person definitely had loot in the box and just didn’t loot it to show in chat for whatever reason. The leaver may also have been rewarded. People are free to do these things, for better or worse.
Hasn’t happened to me in a key, yet, but we were doing some m0’s and the dungeon just randomly disconnected us and restarted the dungeon. Happened twice, so far. I’m afraid to do a key incase it downgrades lol.
