I just got the achievement too and like everybody else no pet and I’m running on a NA server.
Completed the Achievement on 9/23 and I have not received the pet reward!
Also when did creating a ticket become so difficult… Drilling into the support menu for problems with Achievements they suggested I go to WowHead. Not sure how WowHead is going to give me my reward!!!

I earned the achievement on Sept. 23 as well, and I did not receive the award (Lil’ Bonechewer) either. It looks like Blizzard removed the option for creating tickets for quest & achievement issues, which doesn’t make any sense. And there’s also a message that says if your bags were full when completing an achievement, and you didn’t get the item, there’s nothing they will do. How did they break the game so much in a short period of time?

I hope this is a mistake / misquote… I didn’t see this message myself but are you sure it doesn’t say ‘Bags and Mail’? If this is the case it’s pretty big wow news and I am surprised it’s not making more headlines.
It would be quite the change up if they are no longer going to send extra items to your mail even when your bags are full, using the system that’s been in place for… I don’t even know how long now… The lost item service. If both your bags and mail were full it is somewhat more understandable… I guess?
It’s even harsh that they won’t reward it to you afterwards even if both your bag and mail were full at the time. Particularly in this circumstance where there is clearly an achievement that says you’ve completed it. Are they straight up saying / admitting they do not have the customer service resources to supply the demand?

Another “me, too!” - this is the second pet achievement I have completed that failed to reward the pet, the other being A Champion’s Tour: The War Within. I did get Waxwick from Khaz Algar Safari.
