Like why? Legacy Loot should be enabled the very first second of a new expansion drop for the previous expansion. There is no explanation that is valid for why this is not the case other than “we want more money”.
You can solo ALL of MYTHIC CN if you’re a geared hybrid class, & if SoD didn’t have mechanics that preventing you from soloing some bosses you could solo all of that too if geared on Mythic as well.
Why are we gatekeeping 3 and 4 year old content especially when there’s already the Quantum system in game
Seriously, be better, stupid regulation like this in-game is exactly why this game has eroded to nothingness.
