Multiple people and myself included started the No-Landing Zone quest today in BfA in Tiragarde Sound zone and the bosses that are supposed to spawn are not spawning but one of them is stuck in the water a ways away from the real spawn point and is bugged so nothing else spawns except random mobs. I would love to complete this quest.

The same thing is happening on Whisperwind server.
I ran into the same bug on Zul’jin realm too. The mob is called Wiley Jaki and he’s stuck on evade mode down the river.
