Since Tuesday, 11.1 launch we have not been able to get restored keys from the Bountiful Delves, is this normal now? Even though the description at entry indicates a restored key would be given in the end chest.
You don’t get keys from Delves.

OP idk what description you read but Delves never operated like that, not even in S1.

before you enter the gold delve, the description for the bounty chest indicates a restored key, and YES we have always gotten keys from the bounty delves
The screenshots above give the descriptions. And no, we’ve never gotten a key by using a key.

what level delve was that because the chest should be purple not blue
It doesn’t matter. The description doesn’t change, except for the ilevel.

yes, they do…look at 7 & 8 bounty delves
No… no we haven’t lol. You can get an echo and if you get 5 of those you can do a worldsoul for key shards and get 100 of them you can make a key but we NEVER got a restored key from a Delve.

We have NEVER gotten keys from delves, you need a key to open the bountiful chest. The screen shows you how many keys you have.

Okay, just hit up a guildie in Discord to check this for me, since I don’t have those unlocked yet. He read the descriptions for me and they are exactly the same. The only difference is the ilevel and color.

I have never gotten a key from delves. Ever.

You never received Restored Coffer Keys from completing bountiful delves. You could get the World Soul thingies, to go collect Coffer Key fragments but that was it.
You get Restored Coffer Keys from your first 4 zone quests/events:
Awakening the Machine (Ringing Deeps)
Theater Troupe (Isle of Dorn)
Spreading the Light (Hallowfall)
The weekly quest in Azj-Kahet
World Bosses
And probably the new Undermine weeklies in the Incontinental Hotel
There’s usually a world quest up to get like 25-50 key fragments, I think one on Tuesdays and another on Friday/Saturday (whenever world quests reset).
Just do any 4 of those and you’ll get your keys. You can get 4 a week, with the exception of this week being 5 because of the quest you complete with Brann. Just make sure you open the supplies you get.

Never have myself. Have only received coffer keys from the weekly world events and coffer shards.
You get keys from events (Theatre Troupe) and weekly quests, not from the Delves themselves.
my guy you don’t get keys from the delve you spend them there lol
