I took my Goblin Shaman (lvl 70) to org to do the heritage questline and there’s no Izzy at the embassy area to even talk to, like the NPC just isn’t there. I saw a similar post like this in the EU forums that didn’t get resolved (the blue did respond there but just asked if maybe they already did the quest, not addressing the actual problem), and otherwise see no clues on how to proceed.
