No intro quest skip for alts in 10.1?

Intro Quest Skip and Weekly "A Worthy Ally: Loamm Niffen"

So far, I did a test with this DH alt and I got into the Loamm City but I only got the quest “Power Unified”, You can do WQ if another character already completed the quest “Six Hundred Feet Under” which unlock those and kill rares. However, the quest power unified requires the weekly, I don’t know if there’s another way to complete that quest which provides |Splintered Spark of Shadowflame| Tweet from a Dev regarding the current “skip” option that’s just go directly into the zone.
