The only time in a servers life where there’s any hope of wpvp that doesn’t involve being ganked for hours by raid geared 60’s and honor is turned off for at least a couple of months yet. Pretty dumb.

World pvp honor system ships after MC and Ony, but nothing stops you from gearing a bit in raids that are easier than the 5 player dungeons.
in the phase 1 there is no ranking system, so the only WPVP that will take place is purely organic like on Era.
After the honor system ships with the same patch as BG’s, then 99% of the world PVP will be low level and most of the PVP’rs will be in WSG and AV while honor grinders will be in AV only.

I’m aware of how it’s historically worked and their planned timeline. Played original vanilla and classic. I just don’t think it’s a good/fun way of doing it.
Mindnumbing 40 man raids haven’t ever been the highlight of vanilla for me. Nothing against anyone else enjoying that, just don’t see the point in holding back the pvp system at this point.
Ah, that I agree, because honor system should have gone live day one, but as for the raid geared banking, meh, not a problem; raid for pvp loot and gain the advantage
