No Herbs in Nazjatar-disable autofollow pls

Just disable autofollow to solve the multiboxing issue. There simply never are any herbs and I even use the world boss to shard, put on warmode etc. It was funny before but now its just gotten stupid. Most of these aren’t even players, they are companies that sell gold.

Autofollow has nothing to do with multiboxing.

Furthermore, multiboxing doesn’t need to be “solved”.

Idk why people think boxers are the reason there are no herbs. I can’t get an herb anywhere and it’s usually because of a single guy farming the zone. All herbs disappear after 30 seconds regardless of whether it’s 1 person or 8 gathering from them.

It’s not about there not being herbs to pick, its about the fact that in one day, with a team of 5 multibox herbalists, you can pick over 30,000 herbs. Then they post them all, undercutting the competition of course, which saturates the market, immediately driving it down. It would be one thing if they just stuck with those herbs until they sold, but no, they go out and pick another 20-30k the next day.

Every profession which you can multibox farm, especially Herbalism and Skinning, has been destroyed. There’s no point doing them when your work means nothing. And because the prices have been driven so low, even 6 months ago, the professions tied to them make almost nothing as well.

Multibox gathering needs to go away. Node sharing needs to go away.

Lol…30k herbs, a multiboxer have the same issues to find herbs than a regular player, so dont talk about things you dont know, in a good day you get 1 stack per 30-40 mins per account, so unless you farm for 24 hrs a day you wouldnt be close to that number. When i farm with 5 account i do it for no more than 2 hours.

You’re the one that clearly doesn’t know. The smart ones don’t fly around for herbs. They sit 5 in several spots and just leave them. Then it’s just a spammed macro that makes them all pick the herbs. Can be done with autohotkey, which is CHEATING. And that’s exactly what the majority of them are doing. I’ve reported hundreds of them. They were doing the same thing on the quillrats for leather. One autohotkey script runs ISboxer and one picks up herbs. We’re not talking about people alt tabbing to 5 different alts. ISBoxer is legal to use, but has literally thousands of options for other games that aren’t allowed in WoW, but they can’t be detected without seeing them using it.

Now go back to your hole troll.

even if what you said is true, wich is not, disabling autofollow wont do a thing in that case.

I didn’t say a thing about auto follow. And that is exactly what the smart people are doing. You can literally watch a youtube video on how to setup autohotkey scripts to permanently pick up herb nodes without ever moving. They jump up and down to not go afk. It’s the same exact thing people were doing with Shadowbot before Blizzard sued them out of existence.

Multiboxing doesn’t need Auto follow. The software replicates every mouse click and keyboard tap to each window instance. Click on a spot to move in the “parent” screen and all the child screens get the same mouse click move command to the same spot.

Something needs to be changed in regards to herbalism, especially in Nazjatar. I do not if it is multiboxing or bots, but farming is tough when you are blocked from herbs due to a “group” who sits on it. I have turned a few groups in, but nothing much is done. They are back at it with a name change. When you tag the main one, the whole group attempts to hide from you in cave. If they are not doing anything wrong, why are they hiding?

I disagree with your logic. There was a TON of solo gatherers, back when I was gathering Zin. That made it frustrating. I stopped gathering due to falling prices. No other reason.

I’ve been a gatherer in WoW since 2004. In EVERY expansion, herb and ore prices start high and later drop. They keep dropping until many of us gatherers stop gathering because the prices are too low. Always. There has never been an expansion where prices (for all herbs) did not drop.

And of course multi-picking only started when? Around 2016? Cerainly many expansions after the game started. Before that multi-boxers didn’t gather.

So you have the cause and effect backwards. If prices were higher, there would be more solo gatherers, and that competition would drop prices. A game where herb prices stay high is imagination, not WoW.

I’m not talking about herb prices staying high. I’m talking about the ability for 1 person with a pack of multiboxes to single handedly drive the price of zin on my server down 245% overnight. And it’s impossible for it to recover, as he just posted 60,000 herbs. Then, instead of waiting, he does the same thing again the next night. Not even matching his own prices, driving it down from 245% below market, to 327% below market.

Nothing about what I said is incorrect. I made 73 million gold in BfA without having to pay hundreds a month to cheat using programs to copy my movements on multiple accounts, which is EXACTLY what ISboxer does.

As someone who is pseudo-dual-boxing (two computers, two separate accounts) I have to utilize the ‘follow’ feature and it has NOTHING to do with multiboxing.
Multiboxers (generally) have third party software to help them mimic keystrokes across accounts. I don’t do that. I farm double-teams for mats and old raids. There’s nothing wrong with that - I pay for both accounts just the same as you pay for your one.
There is a problem with multiboxing getting out of control - but the sad thing there’s a loophole where they’re really doing nothing that goes against the ToS. (the non-botting multiboxers is who I refer to.) The only thing against ToS when it comes to the whole discussion of multi/dual boxing is if botting is involved.
