I have a 6-month sub and do not see an option to claim it on the launcher. The gift icon is not present.
Is your 6mth sub set to renewal or does it have an end date?
They also stated you will receive it by July 31st, if eligible it can take a few days sometimes.
6-month recurring. I’ve seen other people riding it, just wondering what’s the hold up.

It can take a couple of days. The store page says everyone who is eligible will receive it by July 31st. It doesn’t usually take that long, but just as a deadline for you.
If you haven’t done so yet, you can also sign out and back into the Battlenet Launcher. Refreshing it might help.

I’m having the same issue. I opened a ticket and got generic replies that just repeat what’s already listed under common issues. My subscription is active — it auto-renewed a month and a half ago — but I never received the mount. The only reason I pay for a 6-month sub is for the reward, so not getting it and then having to deal with these unhelpful responses is extremely frustrating.

If anyone who hasn’t gotten yet hasn’t logged out of Bnet for a few days, try doing so. Sometimes that kicks things into gear.
But yeah, just be a bit more patient. If you’re sub is set to renew, you’ll get it! Maybe double check your sub page to make extra sure it’s still active.
Haven’t received this yet either.
In the past, I have always gotten these right away.

Still haven’t received this, 4 days after the offer went out. Double-checked my sub and it’s still recurring and relogging in Battle.net didn’t help. Never had this issue with the 6 month sub mounts before so I’m a bit disappointed in the wait.

Logged in to check on it, I don’t even see the mount listed in the mounts tab
Kind of irritated because I didn’t mean to renew my 6 month sub a month ago. I thought it renewed later than it did.
Since I paid for it, I’d better get it. Never taken this long before

It also comes as a present you have to claim first, some of you may have received it and not relaized. Make sure you’re checking the launcher for a present icon. Can also check on Battle.net website by clicking your user icon on the right and hitting Claim Gift.
Again though, it’s only been a few days. They don’t send them all out at once. Just because you got it in the first hour in the past doesn’t mean you won’t be one of the last this time. All of them will go out by the 31st, as stated on the shop page. If after that point you don’t have it then you can submit a proper bug report. Until then it’s not a bug.
So, quick question since this is the first time this has happened to me, if my sub is set to renew in August, will I still get the mount, or does it need to renew in July for me to receive the mount?
You won’t have to wait, you’ll get it by the end of this month. If by the end of July you haven’t received it then you can make a ticket but I’ve never seen them not be given to qualifying users.
I still haven’t got this mount yet and I have a 12 month sub. I would assume with the 12 month sub you also get this mount but could I be wrong?
Players on existing 6-Month or 12-Month recurring subscription plans with a future renewal date will receive the Herald of Sa’bak mount and the Sa’bak’s Favored pet at no additional charge, no later than July 31, 2025 (must be redeemed by July 31, 2026) through Battle.net.
Bottom line: you’re eligible, delivery is running slow, they have until the end of the month to deliver it.

If we have gotten them in the past, I’m certain we know how to redeem or open the gift to add to collections, thanks though.
For the past few years its always given the mount the day its released. Now we have to wait 3 weeks? Logical.
Is posting here the same as submitting a bug report or are we posting in a forum. I thought you reported bug reports ingame. We can post in forums whenever we want.

Bottom line is for the first time in years receiving the mount is delayed up to 3 weeks and people are not used to the delay.
They can post in the forums if they want.

J’ai le même maudit problème et ça tourne en rond dans le help très mal fait de Blizzard.
I tried many times to get help in my account but it’s always the same thing and no place to go forward… What a help system by Blizzard !! I WANT MY MOUNT !!! I paid for my 6 months subscription !!!
