Just upgrading my looms and I noticed there is NO upgrade items for heirloom necklaces sold by the Heirloom Curator.
I can upgrade everything else, but not the neck pieces.

Can confirm. Was looking after I saw the post in /2.
There is, in fact, no way to upgrade necklaces on the heirloom vendor.

Hmmm… can you maybe get the item from a different vendor? I could swear I have one upgraded to level 60.
I want to say I got my upgrade from the timewalking vendor?
The Armor casings are what work on the necklaces. the highest one should be:
EDIT: those should be on the main vendors in the capitol cities for 5000 gold.

the ones sold by the guy in IF do NOT work on necklaces
Heirlooms are actually pretty OP.
WotLK TimeWalking vendor Auzin sells - Battle-Hardened Heirloom Armor Casing and Battle-Hardened Heirloom Scabbard - NEITHER of which works on upgrading necklaces or rings… The former’s item description says that it works on trinkets. I know that I have upgraded other heirloom necklaces and rings to 6/6, so frustrating.
Ya couldn’t wait a full year.
