No Guild Achievements Working

I would love to have seen a blue post about this in the 2+ months everyone has been complaining

The only responses I’ve seen have been from CS reps who don’t seem to actually know how this game works

Yeah. I finally submitted a ticket and got the generic “we’re aware of an issue and hope to have it fixed soon, but in the meantime there’s nothing we can do. But you can also report it here-link- so our developers can continue to look into it.”
I know CS can’t do much, but this has been going on for MONTHS. Like seriously

Incorrect.

There is literally nothing CS can do to affect the priorities and schedules Development works to. Whether any particular bug gets addressed is entirely a dev team decision.

Posting in Bug Reports can be useful, since it has nothing to do with CS (it is only monitored by Development QA), but a ticket was a waste of everyone’s time.

Guild achievements still not working - needs fix before prepatch

This affects all achievements, but most problematic is that it prevents guilds from obtaining classy achievements which will reset in 4-5 weeks with prepatch, nullifying an expansion’s worth of work. To ensure it is not just a tracking issue, I completed all criteria for for “A Class Act” and it still did not trigger the achievement.

Not receiving guild achievements

After many attempts to be rewarded guild achievements, we are still NOT earning the achievements. We haven’t even been able to receive “Everyone Needs a Logo” which is the easiest to obtain… Help!

Looks like most guild achievements are fixed!! Wasn’t expecting that! Yay!

Mining and Herbing are still not counting though!
