No Great Vault Reward a day after reset on the next day?

So I didn’t log in yesterday to play the game when the reset took place, and when I logged in today to collect my reward for the raid bosses that I killed last week with my guild, 4 in total 2 heroic and the last two bosses on normal. Well, there was no reward or anything to choose. WTF, can you only collect your reward on Tuesday, and if you don’t get it that day, it just disappears? This was not an issue with the Chest, even though I like the concept of the Vault and it’s choice, if all of a sudden you can’t collect you rewards from the prior week on another day of the week besides Tuesday, this is just stupid.

You weren’t eligible if that’s all you killed.

You have to kill 3 raid bosses in the same difficulty for eligibility.

This, they need to be all in the same difficultly to count.

You didn’t meet the requirements to get loot.

3 bosses on one difficulty, not split up among different ones.

What a dumb design decision if this is true. A commonsense approach would certainly be “kill 3 raid bosses and get loot for the lowest difficulty of the three” or something to that effect.

Aye, I mean they are able to do this with Mythic+.

I mean it’s not a dumb decision, you just didn’t bother to read the requirements.

Not Blizzards fault

What are you talking about? I can say something is a dumb design decision if I want. You know I’m not the OP right?

Yeah and I’m saying you’re wrong. Try reading next time and you might not miss out on loot.

Except I didn’t miss out on loot? Are you ok?

Oh my bad I thought you were OP. Still it’s not a bad design.

Edit: I guess I’m the one who should learn how to read

To be clear, you can mix them but you need each tier of reward needs to be from the same raid tier. For example last week I did a full normal clear and the first 3 bosses in heroic. So in my raid reward section I had 1 option for the three heroic kills and then 1 more from both the kill seven bosses and kill 10 bosses tier.

It does this so it can determine the ilvl reward you should receive. I mean if you killed 2 lfr and 1 heroic boss, what ilvl should your reward be? LFR is 187 while heroic is 200. By using the logic they did, they removed that conflict and made it very clear.

I had a guildy not loot the Great Vault for 3 weeks because it showed pants she didn’t want, when we told her to take it out anyway it saved up her past 4 eligible weeks of loot.

My logic is if I was an LFR hero during any of those kills, my loot should be LFR.

If I kill N, H and M Shriekwing, my loot should be N. They do this with M+ loot, I don’t know why they’re doing the opposite with raids.

What do you mean by this?

If you run a M+10 plaguefall, a M+5 plaguefall, and a M+2 plaguefall, you get loot from the M+10 in your chest.

You need 4 of the same difficulty to qualify. It literally says that on the tooltip.

Except that’s not how do it for mythic+ either. For mythic+ it is your highest completed, your 4th highest and your 10th highest.

Well, M+ doesn’t require you to run 3 keys to get its first reward.

Go to the second and third rewards where you’re running multiples (4 and 10). That’s a much more accurate way to compare how multiple runs are handled.

In game when you go to that section of the Great Vault, it simply states kill three raid bosses, that is the only requirement while stated in game in the tooltip, nothing about same difficulty.

If you run four M+ keys, your second reward will be the lowest key ran. If you run 10 keys, it’ll be the lowest of the 10 for the third reward. Of course if you run more than 10, it’d still be the lowest of the top 10. This isn’t hard to understand. There’s no reason this can’t apply on the raid side as well.
