Reached 1800 RBG ratting. How do I xmog the grand marshal gear? Buying the gear from the vendor in SW was not enough to xmog it.

They said they were going to open it up to everyone about 3 weeks ago but we have heard absolutely nothing about it since. I feel bad for the people who actually grinded up to 1800 and have no real reward at the moment. It seems like we’re right back to zero communication from Blizzard with Cataclysm.
