A few helpful tips: Winter veil presents usually spawn around 10am PST/1pm EST on Christmas Day despite the people on your server probably already shouting that they’ll be up at midnight. You will not be able to get at the presents for hours on a populated server due to people thinking that it’s great fun to crowd, spam toys and glitch themselves to be so huge that they cover the screen. Blizzard changed this some time ago, supposedly so that people would go spend time with their families on Christmas morning. So you have to wait a while

It’s a bit silly for an Oceanic server to not have the Christmas presents active on Christmas day for us. Christmas day was yesterday for us and even though I’m on an oceanic server and the server time and date’s are listed in Sydney time we have to wait.
