Is it just me or is no gear dropping from follower dungeons in TWW? I’m using dungeons to level up my alts, but no gear is dropping. Has anyone else noticed this?
It’s no different from a regular dungeon. The game rolls to see which piece of loot drops. If it’s not for your loot spec, you won’t see it. This is personal loot.
I have noticed that no gear seems to be dropping in the new dungeons for me.

Think of it this way: in a normal dungeon with personal loot, the game rolls and drops a piece, but someone else in the group gets it, not you.
It’s the same with follower dungeons. The difference is, the followers can’t get the piece and it’s not for you.
So I just keep playing till I get the gear? On the DF Follower Dungeons, I would usually get a piece of gear almost every time.
Dungeon gear seems much more random and bad this expac than it used to be.
I ran 12 heroics yesterday. In my first 5 i received 0 drops. In my 6th i literally got a drop from every boss, 4 total. I then got one in my 7th, 0 in my 8th to 10th, two in my 11th, and 3 in my 12th.
It is a very weird schewing that is so extreme (and that i noticed even during normal dungeons) that i decided to keep track of my drops.
Find myself feeling sad for them now. Poor dungeon followers

Gear drops from follower dungeons are much more rare. I got a piece today though.

Do Normal non follower dungeons have a better gear drop rate?
I have run 20 full clears dungeons on my druid (Levels 70-77) and not gotten a single drop. I got about 1 or 2 pieces every dungeon when leveling my DK. I think there might be something more then just RNG going on.

I’ve only done 2 follower dungeons ever. I got loot in both of them. Lol.
Only 1 boss each though.
I guess i’ll keep trying bc i have run prob 30 and have not got a single thing
I think their RNG has a stutter. Once you proc for a win, it often repeats that. In skinning I see it often - I will get a R3 skin and then it procs for 4 hides as well from the same mob.
well I just did 2 more and no loot from any of the bosses so somethings wrong
Same as normal. Dungeons in general just seem to have a poorer gear drop chance than before. Enchanting really sucks as the loot system gets worse.
i wonder if its bc people keep leaving so they did something but why mess with follower dungeons
